The office staff was pretty pleasant but it can be difficult to fill out all the paperwork if you have a minor impairment like I do. I have a fine line tremor which makes filling out paperwork on a clipboard rather daunting. There was one office staff member who made a comment to her coworkers "that she was going to crash out if she had to work with one of the patients any longer trying to finish checking her out" for the day. She was quite elderly and was having a difficult time understanding what the office receptionist was trying to say.
The doctor was professional and I think I received a fair treatment plan to deal with my feet. The only other thing I noticed was that the tools that were placed on the back counter seemed to be used over and over again which didn't seem very sanitary especially if they had been used by a prior patient. My nail bled quite a bit and if those same cutters were used in the treatment of the next patient then there might have been the possibility of the transmission of bodily fluids.

I have afoot exam and toenail cutting every three months, and I ask his advice on shoes for my neuropathy and on other subjects. Dr. Dunn is very helpful, thorough, and friendly.

Dr. Sinclair -Hall really listened to my problem and had a multitude of solutions for how to fix it. He explained everything thoroughly and let me decide which path was best for my lifestyle and my needs. My pain was gone within an hour and I am on the path to recovery comfortably. I can’t thank him enough.

I was surprised how short my toe nails were trimmed .
It was painful , but today it feels fine and I am sure I will be pleased with the end result.
Next time I visit I will know what to expect.
