For the first since getting foot care for many years every three months, the tech who cut my nails did not soak my nails. I asked him if he was going to soak my nails before trimming them , his response was that he just goes straight to trimming without soaking. I found that cutting the nails this way actually hurt versus not hurting when they are soaked. I don’t know if this is a new change in the procedure.

After waiting 1.5 hours after my scheduled arrival time, I was still not seen. When I asked why I was not seen at the pre-scheduled time, I was advised that the doctor was delayed by 30 minutes. However, my appointment was 1.5 hours behind. Additionally, the staff at this location (Juan Tabo) was extremely rude, and non apologetic. I do NOT recommend this office for medical care.

Dr. Strange is so caring and gentle. He is an amazing doctor and makes something that is painful more bearable. I highly recommend him to everyone. Thank you Dr. Strange for everything you do!!

Not even a month been going to Dr. Sinclair he already knew what was going on with my foot why couldn’t put no weight on due to an old injury he knew exactly because of being flat footed now to fix it so I can get back to my normal activities 3 years I was told something else when wasn’t. Thanks to this doctor he listens and gets to the problem right away with no X-rays.
